Welcome to our hospitality page.

The Awning Company have been very good to the TWP project over the years, providing us with our own little home away from home at every circuit we visit. 

​

Our 6.5m x 13m awning is married to our weekend support vehicle which provides us with a large dry space, perfect and necessary when you're racing in places like North Wales!

​

Our hospitality unit provides support all weekend for drivers and their guests entered in the 750 Motor Club - TEGIWA Club Enduro Championship, with free tea, Caber Coffee and squash all weekend. Perfect for all teams in the paddock, big or small. We also host the trophy presentation at the end of each race, giving everyone a nice comfortable space to gather and discuss how their race panned out, whilst re-hydrating at the same time.

At European rounds where garage space is at a premium, we have the flexibility to split our awning into 2 parts, hospitality in one and our garage in the other. 

​

Away from the circuit, we have hired our awning to customers for a variety of events. Here is some examples:

•    Catering support unit for TV filming

•    Showcase unit for car shows

•    Outdoor celebration events

•    Race support for other championships

Our setup currently consists of:

•    Hard flooring covering the entire awning footprint

•    60 folding chairs (100 standing)

•    10 round tables - black table cloths

•    2 rectangle tables - black table cloths

•    Centre place mats with glass water bottles

•    2 speaker PA system with wired microphone

•    Television bracket for digital display up to 70" or 50kg

•    2 strip lights and various RGB LED lights
